Founded in 2012, the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office Foundation is a nonprofit 501(C) (4) Corporation, composed of community members dedicated to providing financial support to the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office. This mission is critical to the operations of the Mobile County District Attorney due to dramatic budget cuts in recent years. Financial support is distributed in the forms of Equipment Grants, Continuing Education Scholarships, and other programs as deemed worthy by the Foundation.

To All of our loyal Mobile County District Attorney’s Office Foundation Clay Shoot participants:

Due to the Governor’s Statewide Public health order issued yesterday cancelling all gatherings of 25 persons or more, unfortunately, we will have to reschedule the Clay Shoot set for this coming Thursday. The new date will be Thursday May 14th and we look forward to spending a great day with each of you.

As always, we appreciate your continued support of the efforts of our office. While we have gone to a skeleton crew in the office, we are still open and having court for all in jail defendants so as to make sure their constitutional rights are protected as well as crime victim’s rights are protected. We are also continuing to work daily with law enforcement officers screening warrants for felony arrest. All of this must be done in person.

During this time, our clay shoot event will be something we can look forward to.

Thanks again for your support.
